PR Manager

Potamy is a growing premium footwear and accessories brand, present in over 40 countries. We’re seeking an experienced and creative PR Manager to strengthen our global brand presence and visibility across fashion media and influencer networks.

In this role, you’ll develop and execute strategic PR campaigns, pitch stories to key fashion and lifestyle media, build strong relationships with editors and stylists, and manage influencer collaborations. You'll also support brand events, product launches, and seasonal storytelling across platforms.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the fashion and luxury PR landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset. A passion for brand building and an eye for compelling narratives are key.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop and implement PR strategies to increase brand awareness across Europe.
•    Collaborate with fashion media, bloggers, influencers, and key opinion leaders.
•    Organize and coordinate press events, product presentations, collaborations, and fashion-related events.
•    Create and distribute PR materials, including press releases, articles, and interviews.
•    Manage brand reputation, handle reviews, and implement crisis communication strategies.
•    Build partnerships with key industry players and participate in international trade shows and fashion events.
•    Analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns, monitor trends and competitors.

What We Expect:
•    Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, marketing, or communications, preferably in the fashion or luxury segment.
•    Strong network within media and the fashion industry.
•    Deep understanding of the premium/luxury market and experience working with VIP clientele.
•    Flexibility, creativity, proactiveness, and strategic thinking.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
•    Proven experience in event organization and influencer relations.
