Job Details
The HELIOT EMIL™ team is seeking a driven and strategic E-commerce Manager/Coordinator to lead our online business operations and accelerate our growth. This role is pivotal in shaping our e-commerce strategy, analyzing market trends, and enhancing brand awareness. You will work closely with leadership and act as a key liaison with our DTC agency partner to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and overall online sales performance.
Desired skills and qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience managing premium or luxury online e-commerce platforms
- Two to three years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to business strategies and daily tasks
- Experience managing budgets and overseeing brand inventory
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Deep understanding of e-commerce trends and awareness of competitor strategies
- Outstanding collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Leading the coordination between HELIOT EMIL and our DTC agency digital team, ensuring seamless workflows for web and marketing operations
- Managing and updating the marketing calendar to support the execution of digital strategies
- Collaborating with the HELIOT EMIL creative team and copywriters to deliver assets for paid ads, email campaigns, and product launches
- Providing all necessary product details (technical information, descriptions, images) to ensure accurate web-store listings
- Attending weekly meetings with our DTC agency to align on marketing strategies, spend, and performance goals
- Managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, including aligning strategies with executive leadership and marketing teams
- Analyzing weekly performance reports and using insights to inform decisions that drive growth
- Overseeing Shopify updates to maintain accurate and engaging product listings
- Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with the 3PL warehouse for timely order fulfillment
- Planning and managing newsletters to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Staying current on industry trends and technologies to identify opportunities for performance improvement
