Job Details
Global luxury womenswear and streetwear brand, Naked Wardrobe, is in search of a highly experienced Associate Product Developer to join our fast-paced team. This candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and fashion-forward designs and collections that align within the brand’s aesthetic.
Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of seasonal collections from concept through pre-production
-
Communicate daily with vendors, mills, and manufacturers to coordinate samples, obtain initial costing and time while actioning calendars
-
Maintain seasonal development WIPS, and to ensure all deadlines are met
-
Confirm accurate fabric detail sheets, and compose tech packs and line sheets at all stages of development
-
Collaborate closely with design, production, technical teams
-
Perform quality checks on incoming samples
-
Manage organization of fabric and trims library
-
Attend fit sessions
-
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Textile, Apparel Design or Product Development
-
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in apparel product development
-
Passion for fashion with a strong understanding of fabric, fit, and function
-
Expertise in materials and techniques such as knits, wovens, denim, seamless, and full fashion knits
-
Demonstrate an understanding of construction, material and product creation
-
Experience in import development is essential
-
Prior experience in women's apparel product development is required
-
Proficient in garment construction and patternmaking techniques
-
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (PLM experience is a plus)

Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills

Proactive and independent with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Team player who excels in a fast-paced environment while embracing efficiency and technology
