Talent agency Bold Management has acquired a majority stake in The Digital Prototype (TDP) as part of its aim to strengthen its foothold in France.

Founded by Enrico de Finis in 2018, Bold connects brands with talent across fashion, cinema and music. The agency, which is part of global influencer marketing company Ykone Group, has offices in Milan, Madrid, London, Dubai and Paris.

TDP manages 20 top talents in France and runs more than 500 annual fashion, beauty and lifestyle brand campaigns. The firm was established by Robin Martin-Chave in 2019, and he was joined by Adeline Verdan in 2021. They will continue to manage TDP’s operations under Bold.

“We’ve always believed in cross-market synergy and international scale,” said Bold’s De Finis in a statement. “With TDP, we’re not only expanding geographically — we’re bringing on board a like-minded team with an incredible reputation in the fashion and beauty space.”

The acquisition follows other global agency acquisitions by Ykone Group, such as Barcode in India and Cover Communications in Germany, as well as a broader trend of agency consolidation seen across groups including The Independents, The Lede Company and Orchestra.
