The working location is based in Tokyo．

Job Description

• Sales and KPI management within the assigned area; development and execution of action plans to improve profitability
• Standardization of store operations and promotion of operational improvements
• Recruitment, training, evaluation, and management of store staff and teams
• Enhancement of customer service levels, handling of customer complaints, and execution of CS improvement initiatives
• Implementation and reinforcement of HQ policies and guidelines at the store level
• Support for merchandising and inventory management
• Preparation of various reports and submissions to HQ (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Collection and analysis of market information, including competitor research
• Support for new store openings and participation in renovation projects for existing stores

   

Must Ability

1. Business Japanese communication skills

2. Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

3. Business-level English proficiency to accommodate overseas business trips several times a year (mainly to Europe);

4. Experience handling imported or contemporary women’s fashion brands.Store Sales and Manager experience.HQ brand management experience.

5. Flexibility to move to Tokyo.
