Head of Finance

Stine Goya is seeking a financial leader with passion for working in a creative environment, with desire to develop the business and execute financial excellence to join our HQ team in the center of Copenhagen.

As our new Head of Finance you will be at the heart of Stine Goya’s financial planning, supporting development while ensuring operational effectivity and supervising the team of managers with needed financial insight.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee all financial functions in DK and in units abroad, collaborate with the leadership team, and help shape the future of our brand. You will as well have a proactive role within Supply Chain operations making sure the end to end process are optimized and monitored.

As Head of Finance you are responsible of preparring and will participate in our monthly business reviews and in the companys board meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the financial planning to support business development across existing and new markets.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.

• Manage financial risk, compliance, and cash flow to maintain stability and scalability.

• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve operational excellence.

• Collaborate with departments, including design, production, sales, ecommerce and marketing, to align on financial strategies and KPI’s, align on departments OPEX budgets with financial goals.

• Maintain relationships with banks and external stakeholders.

• Support the forecasting process with numbers and analysis and activily securing the right buy and stock levels.

• Support of the Supply Chain function (inbound and outbound) and end to end process to secure effective, optimised and in time deliveries of goods from suppliers to customers.

• Lead on HR and administrative issues.

Who You Are

• Proven experience from a similar position or senior financial leader, ideally within fashion or retail.

• Strong knowledge of Danish and international financial regulations.

• Structured thinker with a strong hands-on approach to problem-solving.

• Experience with both growth-focused financial planning

• Experience within ESG and innovative financial practices.

• A team player with strong and proven communication skills

• Fluency in Danish and English is required.

Stine Goya established Stine Goya A/S in 2006. We are a private and independent label, representing four collections a year across RTW, accessories and footwear. The collections are developed at our In-House Design Studio in Copenhagen alongside our Customer Service, Production, PR & Marketing, Finance, Retail and Sales departments. The collections are presented by our own sales team in Copenhagen, London, US and Paris and by agents in agent markets.
