About the job

In this exciting role, you be involved in all aspects of demand planning and merchandising, both pre-season and in-season, ensuring the availability of required products across all channels.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivering accurate demand forecasts across all relevant categories and channels within scope.
  • Helping on developing and managing bottom-up merchandise financial plans, ensuring alignment and reconciliation with cluster targets.
  • Defining category mix and assign assortment modules in line with commercial objectives, tailored to channel and store cluster requirements.
  • Gathering and integrating market feedback on assortment needs to inform planning decisions.
  • Collaborating on forecast management and continuously seeking opportunities to optimize planning processes.
  • Coordinating planning and merchandising activities across key functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Controlling, fostering a collaborative, cross-functional environment.


About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
  • University Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 months/1 year of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English and Italian/Spanish proficiency.
  • Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with Excel and SAP.
