We are currently looking for a dedicated Wholesale Operations Specialist (Online) (f/m/d) to join our team on 1st of November 2025 and support our digital team in inspiring customers for our HUGO and BOSS brands with passion and expertise.

What you can expect:

• Ensure operational excellence by closely collaborating with the Digital Operations Manager, Marketing, Logistics and Europe's leading ecommerce partner
• Support quarterly sales campaigns, monitor deliveries, manage the order book, and handle end-of-season clearances
• Manage data in SAP, conduct data exchange via EDI, and resolve errors in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Apply an analytical mindset to update internal reports, critically question the status quo, and improve processes
• Demonstrate a proactive problem-solving attitude and have an interest in collaborative working methods in digital commerce

Your profile:

• With a solid foundation in vocational training and 1-3 years of experience in merchandising or sales, you bring a keen understanding of omnichannel processes
  
• Your proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, complements your strong analytical and conceptual skills, making you a valuable asset in any eCommerce setting
  
• Fluent in both German and English, you excel in communication and areself-motivated
  
• Your positive and confident charisma is inspiring, and you have an innate ability to connect with our target audiences and appreciate the allure of HUGO BOSS brands
