About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Strategically implement and operationalize global compensation, benefits, mobility, and people analytics strategies in alignment with corporate objectives
• Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous growth
• Ensure adherence to governance and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Manage the rollout and communication of global incentive plans (STIP, PS, SIP, GRIP)
• Direct annual compensation processes including merit reviews and incentive calculations
• Oversee international mobility programs ensuring alignment with global policies
• Lead market benchmarking and job evaluation initiatives to ensure competitiveness and equity
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Communications for seamless program delivery

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in compensation and benefits within an international context
• Proven leadership acumen with a track record of inspiring and developing teams
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems
• Familiarity with Mercer or equivalent job evaluation methodologies
• Excellent command of English with outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for continual enhancement
