About the job 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, client-focused individual to join our London team as Hostess & Membership Sales Support during our showroom events. This is a supporting role, ideal for someone confident, well-presented, and eager to gain experience in luxury retail and event environments. 

You will work closely with our lead Hostess and Membership Team, to help create a seamless guest experience - from welcoming clients at the entrance to supporting on-site membership sales. 

 

Key responsibilities 

Guest Check-In:

  • Efficiently scan and check-in guests at the entrance of the event venue
  • Greet each guest with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming first impression
  • Verify the identity of clients and ensure access is granted only to eligible invitees
  • Assist with crowd management and maintain a smooth flow of guest entry, even during high-traffic periods

Client Assistance & Membership Promotion:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any enquiries or concerns with professionalism and patience
  • Ensure guests have a positive experience by offering assistance and guidance when needed
  • Support the membership sales team by helping introduce our membership offers to guests

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Professional and well-presented, with strong people skills
  • Friendly and confident when speaking with clients
  • Calm and dependable in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
  • Fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
