About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting fashion industry B2B clients in key markets across Europe, building trustful, long-term relationships
• Managing orders in SAP (input/approval, backorders, invoicing, credit/debit notes), tracking deliveries for Partner Accounts, and supporting special processes for Key Accounts
• Assisting clients with after-sales requests, including missing stock, lost parcels, and warranties
• Adopting a service- and solution-oriented approach, while effectively collaborating with other departments to address client needs, special requests, and strategies
• Contributing to process optimization, managing returns, and ensuring accurate daily data input across all systems

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• Experience with SAP is an advantage
• At least basic proficiency in MS Excel
• A calm and friendly demeanor, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong collaboration skills, with a results-driven approach to problem-solving
• Ability to clearly communicate and explain procedures and solutions to partners
• Fluency in English and Spanish (at least B2 level)
• P roficiency in an additional language such as French or Italian at a minimum B2 level is an advantage
