As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Senior Director of Operations to optimize our logistics, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of three, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute long-term operational strategies to support business growth, including international expansion and omni-channel distribution.
• Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, sales and logistics partners to drive efficiency and profitability.

Logistics & Fulfillment Oversight:

• Spearhead the transition from in-house fulfillment to a 3PL provider, ensuring seamless migration and operational efficiency.
• Oversee wholesale and e-commerce fulfillment, shipping, returns, and customer experience across all channels.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs, carriers, and warehouse partners to ensure cost-efficiency and on time deliveries.

Supply Chain & Inventory Optimization:

• Direct inventory planning strategies to balance demand across wholesale and DTC channels.
• Implement forecasting models to minimize stockouts and overstock.
• Partner with finance to analyze and optimize cost structures, margins, and operational efficiencies.

Process Improvement & Technology Integration:

• Drive automation (ERP, WMS, OMS) to improve workflow and real-time reporting.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for fulfillment accuracy, lead times, and logistics performance.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging logistics tech, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.  

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
• Proven experience managing wholesale and e-commerce distribution.
• Strong knowledge of 3PL implementation, order fulfillment, and logistics management.
• Experience with ERP, inventory management systems, and logistics software.
• Ability to manage relationships with warehouses, carriers, and wholesale partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
