About the Role
We’re looking for a Director of Public Relations to take the reins in shaping dynamic, trend-driven media campaigns for Marriott’s premium hotel brands, including Autograph Collection, Renaissance, Westin, and Le Méridien.
This exciting hybrid role lets you work from our vibrant NYC MI Lab (Marriott International Lab) 3 days a week. You’ll be at the center of high-profile brand launches, celebrity partnerships, and exclusive events that elevate our hotels in front of the most influential audiences worldwide.
What You’ll Do

Lead bold PR strategies that get our premium hotel brands noticed by top-tier media, influencers, and celebrities.

Craft culturally relevant narratives and high-impact media campaigns that resonate with global audiences across fashion, lifestyle, and travel.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch exciting brand initiatives and drive marketing efforts through strategic PR outreach.

Manage agency partners and work with an incredible team of creatives to execute memorable PR activations that make headlines.

Influence brand positioning and visibility by leveraging your media relationships to generate consistent, high-quality coverage.
What You Bring

8+ years of experience in PR, with a focus on consumer lifestyle, hospitality, food and beverage, or fashion brands.

A proven track record in brand storytelling, media relations, and creating campaigns that break through the noise.

Exceptional relationship-building skills with top media outlets, influencers, and high-profile personalities.

Leadership experience in leading PR teams or agency collaborations to drive results.

Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently, attending brand events and hotel openings.

Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
