As Commecial Allocator (for APAC Region) at our Tokyo Office you will support the Buying & Planning team through all product life cycle: pre- and in-season allocation, stock & sales analysis and off-price objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Commecial Allocator (for APAC Region), you will report to General Manager for APAC and will play a vital role in
- Weekly reporting and review of sales and stock opportunities for both full- and off-price stores.
- Weekly process of allocation & replenshipment to all storesin APAC
- Monitor incoming orders and take action to ensure allocation to all channels is optimized and in time for launch or high commercial periods.
- Manage stock reservations, update sales orders and transfers on retail system.
- Move stock between regional warehouses based on forecasted demand. Limiting number of shipments with better forecasting to reduce cost and environmental impact.
- Work on redistribution of stock between channels and stores to increase sales, maintain seasonal messegaes and inhence the client experience.
- Monthly review of discount levels in off-price channel and suggest actions based on analysis.
- Preparation of stock offer, visual files and order & delivery follow up with external partners.
- Support with any ongoing team projects, collaborating with other departments effectively.

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
- BA or MA degree in Business / Economics / Fashion
- Knowledge and interest in the luxury fashion industry, previous retail and/or fashion experience is considered an advantage
- At least 3 years experience in similar role in luxury fashion industry, full category experience is preferred
- Highly analytical and confident in using Excel
- A team player with very good communication skills
- Fluency in English language is an essential requirement
- Organized, detail-oriented and accurate, ability to multi task and prioritise.
- Fluent in English
