Make an impact

― Design, implement and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality for Jewelry and Crystal Living products.

― Create technical requirement, process parameters, technical instruction for manufacturing.

― Set objectives, plans, and schedule multiple product launch to accomplish defined objectives to meet manufacturing goals.

― Develop and improve existing processes and methods for control and troubleshooting of manufacturing technical problems.

― Ensure tool/jig readiness through the design, fabrication and testing of production equipment.

― Troubleshoot issues related to process flow, process deviation, tooling, gluing.

― Recommend and coordinate process improvement activities with cross functional team.

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

― Education background in Mechanical or relevant majors.

― Ideally 5+ years of practical experience in an international manufacturing environment in similar role.

― Strong capability of CAD and 3D design, especially NX or Rhino is preferable.

― Good English communication and interpersonal skills. Independent and team orientation, strong ability to gain trust with all levels of stakeholders.

― Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude.
